VocalForge uses the Web Speech API built into modern browsers. The voices available depend on your operating system:
- macOS & iOS ships with high-quality premium voices like Samantha, Daniel, Karen, and Moira.
- Windows 10/11 offers Microsoft voices like Aria, Guy, Jenny, and Michelle in many languages.
- Chrome OS & Linux provide Google voices accessible through Chrome.
For best results, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari on a recent operating system.
